UX / UI Designer (Final Balanced Version) UX / UI Designer Full-time | On-site | Dubai Role Overview This role is responsible for how the platform looks, feels, and functions from a user perspective. You will design the interfaces used across dashboards, reporting, and AI-driven interactions. The focus is on clarity, usability, and ensuring the platform works effectively across different user types. This is a core delivery role, not just visual design. The work will directly impact how easily users can access and understand information. Roles and Responsibilities Responsibilities Design user interfaces for dashboards, reports, and interactive features Create and maintain a scalable component and design system Ensure strong support for both English and Arabic, including RTL layouts Design interactions for AI-driven features, including search and responses Apply accessibility and usability best practices across all screens Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly Ownership You will be responsible for ensuring that: Interfaces are clear, consistent, and easy to use Users can quickly access and understand the information they need Designs work equally well in English and Arabic The overall experience remains consistent as the platform evolves Key Deliverables UI designs for dashboards and core platform features Component library and design system Prototypes for key user flows and interactions Bilingual (EN/AR) interface designs with RTL support Developer-ready design files and documentation Experience Required 7+ years in UX / UI design Strong experience designing enterprise or data-driven platforms Experience working with bilingual (Arabic/English) interfaces Strong understanding of RTL design principles Proficiency in tools such as Figma Experience with accessibility standards is preferred Working Style Focused on clarity and usability over visual complexity Comfortable working closely with product and engineering teams Able to design with structure and consistency across the platform
