Role overview
Design intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences for digital platforms, including a video-based recruitment platform for candidate profiles and employer talent discovery.
Work with product, development, and business teams to translate requirements into design solutions that support user satisfaction and business goals.
What you’ll do
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Conduct and support user research and usability testing, and gather design feedback.
- Translate business requirements into functional and visually appealing design solutions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate design implementation.
- Maintain consistency with existing design systems and style guidelines.
- Meet usability, accessibility, and branding standards; participate in reviews and iterate on feedback.
- Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- At least 3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar design role, plus a strong digital-product portfolio.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and responsive design.
- Experience designing web and mobile applications; consumer-facing platform experience is preferred.
- AI-driven features, video-based interfaces, or marketplace/social platform experience is a plus.
- Good communication and collaboration skills, independent task management, and ability to work in a team.
