Role Overview
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with strong Open Finance and digital banking experience to design intuitive, compliant, and scalable user experiences for Open Finance platforms.
User Experience & Interaction Design
- Design end to end user journeys for Open Finance products including consent flows, account aggregation, payment initiation, and data sharing experiences.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high fidelity UI designs for web and mobile platforms.
- Design experiences for multi stakeholder ecosystems (banks, fintechs, TPPs, corporates, developers).
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Hands on experience designing Open Banking / Open Finance or API driven platforms.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex workflows, data heavy dashboards, and consent based journeys.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience working with Open Finance APIs, developer portals, or partner ecosystems.
- Knowledge of payments, corporate banking, treasury, or financial data products.
- Familiarity with UAE / GCC financial regulations or global Open Banking standards.
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum environments.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance business, regulatory, and user needs.
- High attention to detail with a problem solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in fast paced, cross functional environments.
