About the Role
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
who can design intuitive, user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications.
You will work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in an agile environment to deliver visually appealing and highly usable digital products.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in
Figma
- Ability to create clean, consistent, and production-ready
- design systems
- Experience with
- user research
- and
- usability testing
- Solid understanding of
- responsive design
- and
- mobile-first principles
- Comfortable working in a
Scrum / Agile
- environment
- Ability to iterate quickly while maintaining high design quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing
- scalable design systems
- Familiarity with modern
- UI frameworks
- and component libraries
- Knowledge of
- accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Experience with
- prototyping
- and interaction design
- Understanding of
- user analytics
- and data-driven design decisions
- A strong
- portfolio
- showcasing web and mobile design work
Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive user interfaces for
- web and mobile applications
- Create and maintain
- design systems
- and reusable component libraries
- Conduct
- user research

- usability testing
- Collaborate with developers during agile sprints
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback
- Ensure visual and interaction consistency across all product touchpoints
- Work closely with engineering and product teams
Qualifications
- Minimum
- 3+ years
- of professional UI/UX design experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
Design, HCI
- , or a related field

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a
- user-centered design process
- Experience working with
- cross-functional teams
