About the role
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented
UI/UX Designer
to join our team and drive the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with a deep understanding of user behavior, and can translate complex requirements into elegant, functional solutions.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to create engaging and impactful user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Develop user journeys, personas, and interaction flows
- Ensure consistency across all products using design systems and guidelines
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Continuously improve user experience based on feedback and analytics
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
- 5–6+ years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX projects and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of responsive design and usability principles
- Experience with design systems and component-based design
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS) is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
