About This Role
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our team in Riyadh.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant design solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs
- Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs
- Develop and maintain design systems and UI standards
- Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to improve usability
- Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all digital products
- Stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects (web and mobile)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles
- Experience with prototyping and usability testing
- Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with enterprise applications or ERP systems is a plus
