Role overview
The selected person's day-to-day responsibilities are described as UI/UX design work.
Responsibilities
- Create user interfaces using design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Material.io, Figma, or InVision.
- Collaborate with developers, drawing on knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Apply responsive design principles and best practices.
- Use usability testing methodologies and user research to inform design decisions.
- Present and communicate design concepts and rationale effectively.
Skills and qualifications
- Demonstrated proficiency in UI/UX design or a related capacity.
- Portfolio showing user-centered design principles and strong visual design skills.
- B.Design or M.Design degree, or a UI/UX course or certification.
- Strong command of Figma and similar design tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Behavioral competencies
- Ability to learn and implement.
- Creativity and understanding of design parameters.
- Understanding of business use cases and empathy with customers.
- Good communication.
Pay
- Pay is ₹21,000–₹31,000 per month.
