About the Role

CNTXT AI is looking for a creative and driven UGC Content Creator to produce authentic, engaging, and platform-native content that showcases our brand, culture, products, and impact.

In this role, you will help humanize AI by translating complex technologies into compelling short-form content for social media. You should have a strong understanding of digital trends, storytelling, and audience engagement, with the ability to create relatable content that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences.

This is a part-time role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys being on camera, and is passionate about technology, AI, and content creation.

The role requires you to visit Dubai office whenever is needed for filming, content shoots, interviews, events, and behind-the-scenes production .

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality UGC-style content, including:
• Short-form videos
• Reels
• Stories
• Social posts
• Develop content for platforms such as:
• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• X (Twitter)
• TikTok
• Translate CNTXT AI’s products, services, and thought leadership into engaging and easy-to-understand content.
• Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, formats, and platform best practices, especially within AI and technology.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, brand, product, and growth teams to align content with campaigns and business goals.
• Independently film, edit, and publish content using mobile-first and lightweight production tools.
• Visit the Dubai office for content shoots and production sessions .
• Capture and showcase:
• Behind-the-scenes content
• Company culture
• Events and activations
• Expert insights and interviews
• Adapt content for both English and Arabic-speaking audiences (Arabic is a strong plus).
• Monitor content performance and optimize based on engagement metrics and insights.

Qualifications

• UGC Content Creator
• Social Media Creator
• Content Producer
• Or similar role
• Strong on-camera presence and storytelling skills.
• Experience creating engaging short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, TikToks).
• Comfortable working with AI, technology, or B2B brands (or a strong interest in the space).
• Proficiency in editing tools such as:
• CapCut
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Final Cut Pro
• Or similar platforms
• Ability to simplify complex concepts into relatable and engaging narratives.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and creative ownership.
• Based in the UAE and able to travel to the Dubai office for shoots and content production .

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with enterprise, government, or technology brands.
• Understanding of AI, data, and emerging technologies.
• Analytics-driven mindset with experience optimizing content performance.
• Photography, videography, or mobile production experience is a plus.
• Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
