  • Plan, coordinate, and execute advanced UAS operations in challenging environments in compliance with FAA regulations and company guidelines.
  • Lead mission planning, risk assessments, pre-flight inspections, and detailed post-flight evaluations.
  • Ensure safe and efficient UAS operations in various operational environments.
  • Travel up to 50%
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics, and corrective actions on UAS equipment.
  • Conduct equipment testing and evaluation to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest UAS technology advancements and industry trends.
  • Develop, refine, and deliver UAS training programs for both internal personnel and external clients.
  • Instruct and guide individuals in UAS piloting techniques, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct demonstrations and simulations to enhance trainees' understanding and proficiency.
  • Adhere to FAA regulations and guidelines, ensuring compliance during UAS operations and training activities.
  • Promote and maintain a culture of safety, emphasizing best practices and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Assumes all other responsibilities as assigned
  • Minimum 4 years of directly related experience
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to meticulously follow operational protocols and safety procedures
  • Experience in conducting demonstrations and equipment testing
  • Knowledge of UAS technology, airspace regulations, and industry best practices
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to trainees
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities in UAS equipment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment
  • Ability to lift boxes regularly
  • Military Experience
  • FAA UAS pilot-rated
  • 5+ years of directly related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree
