Dubai Media Incorporated is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Specialist - Procurement & Contracts Business Partner
to join our Corporate Support division in Dubai.
Please Note: This position is strictly restricted to UAE Nationals.
This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years of experience) to build a strong foundation in corporate procurement.
In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their procurement requirements and contribute to the overall competitiveness of the organization by ensuring procurement activities are strategically aligned and cost-effective.
Key Responsibilities
- **Strategic Planning:**
- Understand the business needs of various departments and translate them into actionable procurement plans that support long-term growth.
- **Process Optimization:**
- Implement procurement strategies and identify opportunities for process improvement to achieve cost savings and enhance efficiency.
- **Contract Management:**
- Contribute to the drafting and finalization of contracts to secure favorable terms, optimize conditions, and minimize contract-related risks.
- **Compliance & Tracking:**
- Monitor contract compliance by all parties, track performance and deliverables, and ensure all processes follow procurement regulations.
- **Market & Vendor Analysis:**
- Analyze market trends, evaluate supplier performance, and assess procurement risks to inform senior management.
- **Inventory & Reporting:**
- Monitor inventory levels, forecast demand, and provide procurement-related reports to support decision-making.
- **Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Foster positive relationships with internal teams, external vendors, suppliers, and government departments to ensure seamless delivery.
Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience:**
- 0 to 3 years of relevant experience; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- **Education:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is required.
- **Core Skills:**
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills are essential.
- **Communication:**
- Excellent interactive communication and negotiation abilities for dealing with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- **Business Acumen:**
- A strong desire to develop strategic planning capabilities and stakeholder management skills.
