A leading organisation is seeking a senior finance leader to join a central finance function in a high-impact role spanning strategic finance, business advisory and capital management.
This position sits at the intersection of commercial decision-making and regulatory considerations, supporting senior leadership on how the organisation drives performance, allocates capital and navigates an evolving landscape.
The Role
This is a highly visible leadership position responsible for providing end-to-end financial insight and advisory across core business activities.
You will partner closely with senior stakeholders to drive performance, profitability and capital efficiency, while ensuring alignment with regulatory frameworks and long-term strategic priorities.
The role combines elements of business finance, performance management, product advisory and balance sheet considerations, making it ideal for someone who can operate both commercially and technically.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic finance partner to senior stakeholders, supporting commercial and capital decision-making
- Provide insight on business performance, profitability and growth opportunities across a broad product portfolio
- Evaluate new products and initiatives from both a financial and capital allocation perspective
- Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis to support strategic objectives
- Oversee aspects of regulatory and balance sheet considerations
- Support capital efficiency and optimisation initiatives
- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership
- Contribute to ongoing finance transformation, automation and data-led initiatives
Candidate Profile
- We are keen to engage UAE National professionals who bring:
- Experience within the financial services sector (banking exposure strongly preferred)
- Strong background across strategic finance, business partnering and/or regulatory or capital-focused finance
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment
- Exposure to performance analytics, regulatory frameworks or finance transformation is advantageous
