Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing activities for Trading Enterprises – Volvo & CDJR.

This role is responsible for driving performance across digital channels, managing agency partners, improving lead quality, and using data-driven insights to strengthen customer acquisition and conversion across the full funnel.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking, analytical capability, and hands-on digital marketing expertise, with a proven ability to deliver measurable business outcomes.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives
  • Define channel strategies across paid media, search, social, display, and programmatic platforms
  • Lead the day-to-day management of media, digital, and performance agencies to ensure strong delivery and accountability
  • Review media plans, targeting strategies, and budget allocations to maximize campaign effectiveness
  • Oversee campaign execution across platforms such as Google, Meta, and programmatic channels
  • Monitor campaign performance continuously and optimize based on data and business results
  • Work closely with CRM and Sales teams to improve lead generation, lead quality, and conversion performance
  • Analyze campaign data and customer journeys to identify trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop reporting dashboards and performance frameworks to support decision-making
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to improve ROI and reduce inefficiencies
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across CRM, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure alignment between digital activity and wider business goals
  • Support business reviews with performance insights, recommendations, and next steps
