- Oversee team responsibilities, foster a collaborative environment, ensure high-quality results, and contribute to the continuous evolution of departmental processes.

- Oversee team operations, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage and delegate tasks effectively, monitoring progress.
- Foster team collaboration and communication.

- Report on team achievements and challenges to higher management.
- ****Functional Responsibility****
- Oversee daily operations within assigned key accounts, focusing on profitability.
- Maintain strong relationships with key contacts to drive profitable sales.
- Monitor account activities, making adjustments to meet profit targets.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues impacting account profitability.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and standards.
- Identify opportunities to enhance profitability within assigned accounts.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members.
- Prepare reports on account profitability for senior management.
- Assist in managing resources to maximize account profitability.
- Implement sales strategies that contribute to account profitability.
- ****Education****
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
- ****Experience & Language****
Experience
Minimum 5 years.
Language:English - proficient.( Required)Arabic - proficient.( Preferred)
