Overview

UAE Business Development Partner (Power Infrastructure / Construction)

Location: United Arab Emirates

Duration: 3 Months (with potential long-term cooperation)

Compensation: Monthly Retainer + Sales Commission

About the Opportunity

Omendon is supporting the UAE market entry of two Finnish manufacturers with innovative products already proven in their home markets.

We are seeking experienced UAE-based business development professionals who can help identify distributors, establish strategic partnerships, and support commercial growth activities within the UAE.

This role is ideal for individuals with strong local networks and experience in either electrical infrastructure or construction-related industries.

Power & Electrical Infrastructure

  • Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Utility companies
  • Power transmission and distribution
  • Medium and high-voltage projects
  • Substations
  • EPC contractors
  • Electrical product distribution
  • Cable installation and infrastructure projects

Construction & Industrial Solutions

  • Experience in one or more of the following:
  • Roofing and waterproofing
  • Construction materials
  • Industrial facilities
  • Warehouses and logistics centers
  • Solar and energy-efficiency projects
  • Property developers
  • Property and facility management

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential distributors, resellers, and strategic partners
  • Arrange meetings with key decision-makers
  • Support commercial discussions and negotiations
  • Generate qualified business opportunities
  • Provide local market intelligence and industry insights
  • Assist in developing a sustainable distribution network within the UAE

Requirements

  • Existing professional network within the UAE
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, distribution, or channel partnerships
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results
  • English proficiency required
  • Arabic language skills considered an advantage

Compensation

  • Fixed monthly retainer
  • Attractive commission structure based on results
  • Opportunity to continue in a long-term commercial role following successful completion of the program
