Overview
The Typist will be responsible for preparing and typing various documents related to government services, such as visa applications, labour contracts, and official forms.
The role requires attention to detail, accuracy, and familiarity with government procedures and regulations in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and type official documents for government-related services.
- Process visa applications, labor contracts, and other necessary paperwork.
- Ensure that all forms and documents comply with Dubai government regulations.
- Verify and input accurate information into government portals.
- Communicate with clients to collect the required information and documents.
- Assist clients with queries related to government services.
- Coordinate with other departments and government authorities when necessary.
- Maintain confidentiality and secure the information of all clients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in typing in English .
- Familiarity with UAE government procedures and services.
- Experience in using online government portals (e.g., GDRFA, MOHRE, ICA).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Previous experience in a typing center or similar role is preferred.
