Job Vacancy: Typist (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced Typist to join our team immediately.
Candidates must have 2–4 years of experience in the UAE, specifically in a typing center, with in-depth knowledge of MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP and related applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare application forms for MOHRE, GDRFA, visas, residency permits, labor contracts, Emirates ID, and medical applications.
- Handle immigration entry visa typing, visa stamping, and Emirates ID processing.
- Maintain and update Excel reports and manage invoices.
- Ensure strict compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Operate office equipment such as scanners, printers, and other tools effectively.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Typist.
- Hands-on expertise with MOHRE, GDRFA, ICP and DED applications is essential.
- Proficiency in word processing software, spreadsheets, and data entry systems.
- Familiarity with office equipment, including scanners and printers.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of relevant UAE experience in a typing center.
- Minimum of 1 year of direct experience with MOHRE and GDRFA applications (required).
- Open to all nationalities.
- Positions available for both male and female candidates.
- **You must have own visa preferably.**
