Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and submit applications related to employment visas, labor contracts, work permits, residency visas, and other government transactions.
• Utilize government platforms such as **MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Amer, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and Tadbeer** to complete and track applications.
• Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
• Coordinate with government authorities and relevant departments to resolve application issues and ensure smooth processing.
• Maintain accurate records of all submitted transactions and application statuses.
• Stay up to date with UAE labor laws, immigration regulations, and government procedures.
• Handle confidential client and employee information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a **Typist** within a Typing Center, Tasheel, Amer, Labor, or Immigration Services environment in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of **MOHRE, ICP, GDRFA, Amer, Tasheel, Tawjeeh, and related government systems**.
• In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws, work permit procedures, visa processing, and immigration regulations.
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy in both Arabic and English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
