ISS International SpA is looking for an experienced
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for developing scope of work based on site inputs and inspection reports, and for preparing budgetary estimates for materials and service requisitions.
The role works closely with maintenance teams, technical teams, facility maintenance, and contractors to maintain and update the master plan for both Turnaround and non-Turnaround activities, while coordinating with HSE, Logistics, and other relevant disciplines prior to execution.
Ensure alignment with Client Turnaround Management System (TMS) objectives including safe, cost-effective, and high-quality execution to maintain plant reliability until next turnaround cycle.
Apply Stage-Gate governance (Gate 1–6) to all turnaround phases ensuring readiness, compliance, and controlled progression across lifecycle.
The role must ensure that all Turnaround activities are executed within the approved budget and scheduled timelines, in full compliance with Client Occupational Health, Quality, Safety, and Environment procedures.

Educational Qualification & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant discipline (Instrumentation/Electrical/Electronics)
10-15 years direct and relevant experience.
