Overview
OME Real Estate is urgently looking for Turkish-speaking Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai.
This role is ideal for confident sales professionals or experienced agents who can engage with Turkish-speaking clients and close deals in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and convert leads from Turkish-speaking clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct property viewings and client meetings
- Negotiate and close sales and rental deals
- Stay updated on the Dubai real estate market

Requirements
- Fluent in Turkish (mandatory)
- Currently based in the UAE
- Experience in real estate or sales is a strong advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and motivated to earn high commissions
