About Tumoohy
Tumoohy طموحي is AbbVie’s Emirati graduate program designed to develop high-potential UAE National talent through a structured 18–24-month rotational journey.
Participants gain hands-on experience, real responsibilities, and cross-functional exposure across AbbVie , building a strong foundation for future careers in the pharmaceutical industry.
We are currently accepting applications for بour tracks: Commercial, Medical, HR, and Finance.
Program Tracks & Rotations
- Commercial Track
- For candidates holding a
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field
- with a strong interest in commercial roles.
- Rotations include:
- Field Sales
- Marketing
- Customer Excellence
- Market Access
- Regulatory Affairs
• Ethics & Compliance (OEC)
- Quality Assurance
- Medical Track
- For candidates with Science or medical backgrounds (biomedical sciences, pharmacy, biochemistry, life sciences, etc.).
- Rotations include:
- Medical Affairs
- Patient Safety
- Pharmacovigilance
- Evidence Generation
- HR Track
- For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field, with a strong interest in developing a career in HR.
- Rotations include:
• Business HR Support
- Talent Acquisition
- HR Operations
- Finance Track
- For candidates holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or any relevant field, with an interest in building foundational experience in Finance.
- Rotations include:
• Credit & Collections
- Accounting

Qualifications
- UAE National with Family Book
- Recent graduate or early-career professional
- Strong interest in the chosen track
- Ability to commit to a full-time onsite role in Dubai
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and take ownership
