Role overview

Responsibilities

• Track laws, regulations, and guidance, and maintain internal Wiki pages explaining obligations for products and services.
• Communicate new requirements, necessary actions, and implementation status to relevant departments.
• Coordinate implementation projects, including identifying teams, arranging discussions, tracking actions, and supporting approval workflows.
• Review launches and product changes against documented requirements and confirm required reviews and approvals.
• Maintain records of regulatory actions, project status, and completed work.
• Support ad hoc requests with research, information gathering, coordination, and concise summaries or guidance.

Required qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, policy, legal operations, project coordination, or a similar role.
• Ability to understand legislation, regulatory guidance, or other detailed written requirements, with support from senior team members as needed.
• Strong written communication, organization, time management, and attention to detail.
• Ability to track multiple actions and deadlines and collaborate across teams.
• Comfort using data, documentation, and internal systems to track work and provide status updates.

Preferred qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience supporting projects, maintaining internal documentation, or working in an online platform or technology environment is a plus.
