UAE AML/CFT Compliance

Trust & Legal Advisory

• Draft, review, and amend Trust Deeds, Trust Agreements, and related trust documentation.
• Advise on trust structures, fiduciary arrangements, and wealth structuring solutions.
• Support the establishment, administration, and ongoing management of trust structures.
• Develop and maintain legal precedents, templates, and standard trust documentation.
• Monitor legal and regulatory developments impacting trusts, fiduciary services, and wealth planning.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with UAE AML/CFT regulations and applicable Free Zone requirements.
• Conduct Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD), sanctions screening, and ongoing monitoring.
• Support goAML reporting obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Perform compliance reviews, risk assessments, and regulatory checks.
• Assist in developing AML/CFT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
• Provide guidance on AML/CFT obligations and risk mitigation measures.

Operations & Product Development

• Support trust administration and review trust-related documentation.
• Assist in developing and enhancing trust and fiduciary products.
• Monitor international regulatory and tax developments relevant to trust structures.
• Deliver training on trust law, AML/CFT requirements, and compliance obligations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification.
• Proven experience in Trust Law, Fiduciary Services, Private Client Services, Wealth Structuring, Corporate Services, or Financial Services Law.
• Direct experience drafting and reviewing Trust Deeds, Trust Agreements, and related trust documentation.
• Hands-on experience with UAE AML/CFT regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience conducting CDD, EDD, sanctions screening, risk assessments, and ongoing monitoring.
• Experience with goAML reporting is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of UAE Free Zone regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent legal drafting, analytical, and advisory skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex legal documentation.
• Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
• Prior UAE experience within Trust, Fiduciary, Family Office, Wealth Management, Corporate Services, Financial Services, Compliance, or Legal sectors.
• Currently based in the UAE.
