TRUST ACCOUNT ADMIN II

The real estate associate officer assists the real estate manager in managing a real estate portfolio held in fiduciary accounts.

Urban, suburban, farmland, timberland, residential, commercial, industrial, or recreational properties are administered in the Mid-South geographical area.

Inspect real property for property maintenance issues and required annual inspection fiduciary duties

Review and analyze deeds, appraisals, contracts, leases, trust or other legal documents

Collaborate with Trust Officers and Administrators to ensure efficient, effective, and economical management of real estate assets and account relationships

Individually coordinate with prospects and/or third party service providers or professionals for real estate repair/maintenance, sales, purchase, negotiation, leasing, management or other duties as assigned

Meet and coordinate with beneficiaries and/or co-fiduciaries to assess property maintenance, repair, or renovation requests

Ability to complete assigned tasks with limited oversight and supervision

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Extreme attention to detail and organization

Results oriented and self-motivated

Strong skills on computer applications for word processing, spreadsheets, and databases/systems

College degree or equivalent experience/certification in general business, finance, real estate, forestry, accounting or management

One to three years’ work experience

Experience in trust, banking, investment management, real estate sales or in a property management role is a plus

Real Estate asset management designations: Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Accredited Land Consultant (ALC), Registered Forester, Certified Landman, Licensed Geologist, or real estate designation(s) a plus
