Role overview
Full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Mecca, transporting goods on assigned routes and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Operate company trucks and deliver goods safely and efficiently to designated locations.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections; secure and unload cargo as needed.
- Maintain delivery and mileage logs and follow transportation and safety regulations.
- Communicate with dispatch and customers, report vehicle issues proactively, and represent the company professionally.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A license and proven truck-driving experience.
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, truck operations, basic vehicle checks, and road safety.
- Experience with unloading procedures and safe cargo handling; clean driving record and ability to pass required background and medical checks.
- Able to follow maps, GPS, and delivery instructions; communicate and cooperate with dispatch and customers.
- Physical ability to handle loading and unloading tasks and long driving hours.
- Regional or local freight transport experience in Mecca or surrounding areas is an advantage.
