Role
Full-time, on-site Truck Driver role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Operate company trucks transporting polyurethane chemicals and related materials between facilities, customer sites, and distribution points.
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, follow planned routes and schedules, and load and unload goods as required.
- Comply with transport regulations, maintain delivery and shipment records, and promptly report vehicle issues or incidents.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure timely deliveries and professional company representation.
Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class A or equivalent heavy vehicle license and demonstrated commercial truck-driving experience.
- Ability to safely operate different truck equipment and handle chemical products in accordance with safety standards.
- Knowledge of DOT or comparable transport and safety regulations relevant to the UAE and international logistics.
- Experience with unloading procedures and safe handling of industrial and chemical materials.
- Clean driving record; road-safety, defensive-driving, and hazard-prevention awareness.
- Basic vehicle-maintenance knowledge and ability to identify and report mechanical issues.
- Physical ability to load, unload, and secure cargo; communication skills and ability to follow instructions, documentation, and safety protocols.
- Chemical, manufacturing, or industrial logistics experience is advantageous; flexibility to work overtime as delivery schedules require.
