Required

Minimum 2+ years of paralegal experience in a civil litigation environment

Strong knowledge of California civil court procedures, rules, and filing requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and legal document management systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience

Strongly Preferred

Civil litigation trial preparation experience — strongly preferred

Hands-on experience preparing trial exhibits, binders, jury instructions, and witness materials

Familiarity with California employment law matters (discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage & hour)

Experience with e-filing platforms (One Legal, File & ServeXpress, or similar)

Proficiency in case management software (Clio, MyCase, or similar)

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus
