Treatment Co-ordinator

Your Future, as a Treatment Coordinator at mydentist You’ll be joining us at our Union Road dental practice in Oswaldtwistle, BB5 3JD. As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be creating and converting opportunities, supporting customers to understand the private options available and facilitating their patient journey. Please note: for this role, the successful applicant is required to be a GDC-registered Dental Nurse. The working pattern for this role will be full-time, working Monday to Friday 8:45 - 17:15. This is a practice-based position, with some attendance at events; please note home working is not possible. The practice offers

• Attracting and managing enquiries via digital marketing, social media, and events
• Monitor and report on marketing performance
• Support patients through their treatment journey
• Promote private dental options and convert enquiries into sales
• Working towards targets and KPI’s to achieve commercial results
• Work closely with dentists to grow their private patient numbers About you
• Able to initiate conversations with prospective customers
• Ability to generate and convert sales opportunities
• Confidence using all social platforms
• Great at building relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable using computer systems (training provided)
• Possesses initiative and can prioritise own workload
