· Ensure that results are measured against KPI standards, while making necessary changes along the way.
· Reporting to management about selling all of the education services to potential students.
· Accept the line manager's task allocations and report the student conversion figures each month.
· Evaluate and manage staff performance.
· Maintain a safe and secure working environment.
· Handle student inquiries and complaints.
· Lead generation and lead assignment to team members.
· Develop and maintaining excellent relations with potential students through school visit or social media.
· Advising potential students on education opportunities (Foundation, Undergraduate, Postgraduate) in different countries (UK, USA, Canada, Malaysia and Australia).
· Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to advise and assist students with academic and vocational development.
· Help students select the right university or programs for their needs.
· Able to work under target pressure and willing to communicate with students.
· Guiding students on university/college application/admission procedures.
· Answering inquiries from potential student clients and make sales of education service.
· In addition to the duties specified above, you are obliged to follow all reasonable instructions of the Employer, the management of the Employer, or the designated supervisor.
· You are required to faithfully, diligently, and competently execute the tasks and duties assigned to you.
You are also required to comply with the Employer’s code of conduct or company policy and act in the best interests of the Employer at all times.
· You must not engage in any other business or employment outside your employment without the prior approval of the Employer.
Qualifications And Experience Required
· Graduation or Post Graduation in any field from a well reputed institute of university.
· At least 4-5 years of experience as a Sr.
Education Counsellor or as a Branch Manager.
· Should have deep knowledge about foreign education system (Cambridge education system and American education system).
· Overall knowledge of preparing student for the credibility interviews and assessment of SOP.
· Must have updated knowledge about the student visa application for UK, USA, Canada and Australia, and essential understanding about the international pathway a provider is a plus.
· The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills Required
· Excellent Communication Skills.
Fluency in English and Arabic Language.
· Proficient in personal computing skill.
· Experience with training and study abroad education.
· Time Management
