The Mandate
Posteo Transport operates a high-capacity commercial logistics, supply chain distribution, and fleet management network across the region.
Operating out of our corporate headquarters in the Al Dafna Area, we are appointing a Treasury Manager to protect our capital assets and govern group-wide liquidity operations.
This is a central financial role where you will take complete charge of capital structure management, optimize corporate cash flows against volatile fuel and asset markets, manage high-value asset leasing lines, and direct our banking partnerships across the GCC.
Core Actions Required
- Monitor, evaluate, and forecast daily short- and long-term liquidity positions to ensure continuous funding for extensive fleet operations.
- Direct corporate foreign exchange (FX) hedging strategies to mitigate currency risks on international logistics contracts and equipment procurement.
- Structure, negotiate, and maintain enterprise credit lines, asset finance facilities, and cross-border bank guarantees.
- Ensure strict compliance with local banking covenants, corporate financial policies, and Qatari financial statutes.
- Partner with the corporate development and accounting teams to align treasury strategies with quarterly capital expenditure (CapEx) frameworks.
Who Fits the Profile
- Between 6 to 9 years of dedicated corporate treasury experience, preferably within a large-scale transport, fleet logistics, aviation, or capital-intensive supply chain enterprise.
- Deep, practical expertise in cash-flow modeling, corporate debt structures, interest rate dynamics, and international trade finance instruments.
- Advanced proficiency utilizing treasury management systems (TMS) and enterprise-grade ERP financial platforms.
- A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, backed by professional credentials such as a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or AMCT.
