Treasury Investment Manager
About This Role
Job Introduction
Manage and execute foreign exchange hedging and financial trading activities, adjusting exposure based on market movements to control risk and optimize portfolio performance.
Maintain and monitor the company’s foreign exchange positions, including detailed transaction tracking and reconciliation with ERP and accounting systems.
Analyze macroeconomic trends, currency movements, and financial markets to support strategic decision-making.
Prepare clear and structured reports for senior management with insights on investment strategies and risk exposure.
Improve internal processes by using digital tools to streamline data flow and resolve cross-department reconciliation issues.
Support the development and enhancement of risk control frameworks and treasury reporting standards.
Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accuracy and compliance in treasury operations.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and strengthen financial performance through data-driven insights.
Job Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in treasury, corporate finance, banking, or accounting environments.
Hands-on experience in foreign exchange trading with strong knowledge of hedging principles and FX position management.
Familiarity with financial platforms such as Bloomberg or Reuters.
Advanced Excel skills with working knowledge of tools like VBA, SQL, Power BI, or Python for analysis and automation.
Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and make informed financial decisions.
