Overview
**Job Overview:** Wilkason Estates Qatar is seeking a precise and analytical **Treasury Analyst / Cash Management Analyst** to join our finance team.
In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing cash flow, optimizing liquidity, and supporting the company’s financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily cash positions and forecast cash flow requirements to ensure adequate funding for operations.
- Prepare cash management reports, analyzing trends and providing insights to senior management.
- Assist in the development and implementation of treasury strategies to optimize cash management processes.
- Collaborate with banks and financial institutions to manage banking relationships and negotiate terms.
- Conduct risk assessments related to cash management and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes related to treasury activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) are a plus.
- **2+** **years** of experience in treasury, cash management, or financial analysis.
- Proficient in financial modeling and analysis, as well as cash management systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
Salary
Hourly rate between **QAR 40 - 80**, depending on experience.
