Job overview and duties
- Prepare and manage daily cash positions and cash flow needs.
- Reconcile cash accounts and transactions, including wire transfers and ACH payments, with general ledger postings.
- Manage and reconcile treasury databases and coordinate alignment with operational teams.
- Post entries to ERP and accounting systems under established guidelines.
- Prepare AR billing and invoicing and use customer data systems to identify trends and billing-process improvements.
- Assist with testing new system processes and meeting deliverables.
- Develop and update procedures and policies to reflect new processes and improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and financial institutions to resolve vendor payments, settlements, and transfers before ERP data conversion.
- Support treasury audit deliverables, policy development, ERP integration, cash management, and departmental projects.
Experience and qualifications
- At least three years in corporate treasury, cash management, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, and bank reconciliations.
- Experience producing process maps, SOPs, manuals, or process documentation.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials Banking, Cash, or AR modules is listed.
- ERP implementation experience such as Oracle Fusion and/or treasury workstation experience is listed.
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; alternatively, a high school diploma/GED and four years of Treasury/Cash Management experience.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and standard office application proficiency, strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- CTP certification is preferred.
Pay
- Pay is $30–$50 per hour.
