This accounting analyst role reports to the SSC Finance Manager and is responsible for treasury functions globally.
The role supports the integrity of financial processes, systems, and the control environment.
A major responsibility is managing Tipalti, the primary accounts payable payment platform.
What you'll be doing
- Monitor payments and expenditures while maintaining cash-balance control and liquidity planning.
- Oversee accounts payable payment operations through Tipalti.
- Manage the FX trade desk and execute and reconcile intercompany transfers.
- Maintain accurate payroll-related payments through direct bank execution or payroll-provider funding.
- Work with the AR team regarding the credit revolving facility account.
- Cooperate with the Tax team on VAT, CIT, and other tax settlements.
- Partner with teams to manage global cash flow and reporting.
What you have
- At least 3 years of accounting experience and strong numerical skills.
- Analysis and reporting experience.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and a teamwork-oriented attitude.
- Working proficiency in MS Office.
- English proficiency at minimum B2 level.
