iWA Yalla Tourism LLC is a Dubai-based Destination Management Company (DMC) specializing in UAE holidays, hotel bookings, visa services, airport transfers, excursions, attraction tickets, luxury experiences, fixed departures, and customized travel solutions.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic and sales-driven Travel Sales Executive – Dubai & UAE Holidays to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Dubai tourism products, UAE visa services, and excellent sales and customer relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle B2B and direct customer enquiries for Dubai & UAE holiday packages.
- Prepare customized travel quotations and itineraries.
- Sell FIT and group holiday packages.
- Promote hotels, airport transfers, excursions, attraction tickets, yacht charters, luxury experiences, and UAE visas.
- Provide accurate information regarding UAE tourist visa requirements and documentation.
- Handle enquiries related to Airport-to-Airport (A2A) and Border-to-Border (B2B) visa change services and coordinate with the operations team for processing.
- Stay updated with the latest UAE visa regulations, tourism updates, and destination knowledge.
- Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and repeat customers.
- Manage enquiries received through phone calls, email, WhatsApp, website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Handle leads generated through social media campaigns and digital marketing activities.
- Update customer information, quotations, and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Work with hotel booking systems, supplier portals, DMC extranets, airline portals, and travel search platforms to source the best travel solutions.
- Coordinate with the Dubai operations team to ensure seamless execution of bookings.
- Achieve monthly sales, conversion, and revenue targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE travel sales or a Destination Management Company (DMC).
- Strong knowledge of Dubai and UAE tourism products.
- Good understanding of UAE tourist visa procedures and documentation.
- Knowledge of Airport-to-Airport (A2A) and Border-to-Border (B2B) visa change processes.
- Experience preparing holiday quotations and customized itineraries.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software.
- Familiarity with travel booking portals, hotel extranets, supplier systems, airline portals, and online travel search engines.
- Experience handling enquiries from social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluent in English; Hindi is preferred. Additional languages are an advantage.
