Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location. Indicative range: $80,000 – $130,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Travel Risk Manager to keep our people safe when they travel. The role combines security intelligence with operational responsiveness — assessing destinations, supporting travellers, and coordinating response when things go wrong.

Key Responsibilities

- Assess country and city-level risk for upcoming travel

- Build and maintain travel risk policies, briefings, and approval workflows

- Manage relationships with travel risk vendors (security, medical, evacuation)

- Coordinate response to traveller incidents, including medical and security events

- Run training and pre-trip briefings for travellers heading to higher-risk destinations

- Partner with travel, security, and HR teams on integrated traveller safety

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 4+ years in travel risk, corporate security, or related operational roles

- Strong knowledge of geopolitical, security, and health risk frameworks

- Familiarity with travel risk platforms (International SOS, Crisis24, WorldAware)

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Calm, structured approach under pressure

- Comfort coordinating across time zones during incidents
