About The Role
We are looking for an experienced, hands-on
Travel Operations Manager
to lead the day-to-day operations of our Dubai-based travel company.
The ideal candidate must have proven experience managing travel operations, supplier relationships, reservations, holiday packages, and customer service while leading an operations team.
This is a leadership role for someone who can take ownership, solve operational challenges, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Travel Operations
- Manage end-to-end travel operations from enquiry to post-travel support.
- Oversee holiday packages (FIT & GIT), air ticketing, hotel reservations, visa processing, airport transfers, tours, and travel documentation.
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and delivered on time.
- Handle operational escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the Operations, Reservations, Sales Support, and Customer Service teams.
- Set KPIs, monitor team performance, and maintain service excellence.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, airlines, DMCs, transport providers, and tourism partners.
- Negotiate competitive rates and supplier agreements.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery from all partners.
Business Operations
- Improve operational processes and implement best practices.
- Monitor booking accuracy, productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the customer experience.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum
- 3–5 years
- of experience in a
- Travel Agency, DMC, Tour Operator, or Tourism Company

- Strong operational knowledge of:
• Holiday Packages (Inbound & Outbound)
- Air Ticketing
- Hotel Reservations
- Visa Processing
- Airport Transfers
• Tours & Excursions
- Corporate Travel
- Hands-on experience with
Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, Travelport
- , or similar travel reservation systems.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE travel market, suppliers, and tourism industry.
- Proven experience leading an operations team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Currently based in Dubai or available to relocate immediately.
- Experience working with international suppliers and DMC partners will be an advantage.
