  • 🎯 The Role
  • We are seeking an experienced Travel Manager to oversee corporate travel operations, travel planning, supplier relationships, and travel policy management.
  • The ideal candidate will develop travel strategies, optimize travel processes, ensure compliance, and deliver efficient travel solutions that meet organizational needs.
  • 🚀 Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement corporate travel strategies aligned with business objectives and operational requirements
  • Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, transportation, and travel services
  • Establish and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, travel agencies, and travel service providers
  • Develop and manage travel policies, procedures, and approval processes
  • Optimize travel costs through supplier negotiations, data analysis, and strategic planning
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel requirements for employees, executives, and business stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with travel policies, safety requirements, visa regulations, and organizational guidelines
  • Monitor travel performance, expenses, traveler satisfaction, and service quality metrics
  • Manage travel booking platforms, reporting systems, and travel technology solutions
  • Support travel risk management, emergency response, and traveler assistance programs
  • Prepare travel reports, cost analyses, forecasts, and recommendations for leadership
  • ✅ Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Travel Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in travel management, corporate travel, hospitality operations, or related roles
  • 2+ years of experience managing corporate travel programs, travel teams, or travel suppliers preferred
  • Strong understanding of travel operations, airline services, accommodation management, and travel policies
  • Experience with travel management systems, online booking tools, expense platforms, and reporting systems
  • Knowledge of international travel requirements, visa processes, and travel risk management practices
  • Strong negotiation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple travel requests and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
