About This Role
Responsibilities:
- Handle flight bookings (GDS knowledge required – Amadeus preferred)
- Create holiday packages (leisure & corporate)
- Manage hotel reservations and travel insurance
- Handle visa assistance and documentation
- Respond to phone calls, emails & WhatsApp inquiries promptly
- Promote special offers and travel promotions
- Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a travel agency in Qatar
- Strong knowledge of Amadeus
- Good knowledge of outbound & inbound travel market
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Transferable visa with NOC (if applicable)
- Strong sales and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
