We are seeking an experienced **Travel Consultant** with strong knowledge of **air ticketing and global visa processing** to handle end-to-end travel requirements for clients.
The role involves managing flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissues and refunds, advising clients on international airfare rules, and handling visa applications for multiple destinations.
The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with airline and visa regulations.
The consultant will be responsible for handling walk-in, phone, email, and online inquiries; preparing competitive travel quotations; coordinating with airlines, consolidators, embassies, and visa partners; and maintaining accurate booking and client records.
The role also includes upselling related services such as travel insurance, hotels, transfers, and holiday packages, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Staying updated with airline policies, fare rules, visa requirements, and industry trends is essential.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Travel Consultant or Ticketing Executive
- Hands-on experience with **GDS systems (Amadeus mandatory; Galileo/Sabre an advantage)**
- Strong knowledge of international airfares, ticketing rules, reissues, refunds, and ADM handling
- Practical experience in **global visa processing** (Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, GCC, etc.)
- Excellent communication, coordination, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- UAE travel agency experience preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
