Overview
- **Job Responsibilities:**
- Handle end-to-end travel arrangements including ticketing, hotel bookings, transfers, travel insurance, and car rentals for corporate clients
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in the travel industry
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus required; Sabre preferred)
- Experience in corporate travel handling
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of holiday packages and visa processing
- Manage and support corporate travel accounts with smooth service delivery
- Handle airline reservations and ticketing using GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre / IATA)
- Book, issue, reissue, and cancel domestic and international tickets
- Process schedule changes and update clients promptly
- Manage group bookings and special travel requests
- Ensure compliance with airline fare rules, baggage policies, and ticketing procedures
- Assist clients with travel enquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
