We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused **Travel Consultant** to join our growing team.
If you have experience in the travel industry and enjoy helping clients plan their perfect trips, we'd love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel planning for both inbound and outbound travel.
- Sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, travel insurance, and other travel services.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on clients' preferences and budget.
- Provide accurate information on destinations, travel requirements, and visa regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, amendments, cancellations, and after-sales support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Promote travel packages and special offers to maximize sales.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the entire travel process.
Requirements
- Minimum **1–2 years of experience** as a Travel Consultant or in a travel agency.
- Knowledge of international destinations, airlines, visas, and holiday packages.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Experience with travel booking systems (Sabre, Galileo, Amadeus, or similar) is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
