Overview
We are Hiring:
Full-Time
Fioreva Holidays is seeking an experienced Travel Consultant to join our team in Doha.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle flight reservations, hotel bookings, and holiday packages.
- Assist clients with travel planning and destination recommendations.
- Provide information regarding visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries based on client requirements.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate travel solutions.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and travel suppliers.
- Follow up on bookings and ensure a high level of customer service.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a travel agency or travel consultancy role.
- Experience with flight reservation systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.
- Strong knowledge of international travel destinations.
- Knowledge of visa requirements and travel procedures.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong sales and consultation abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English. Arabic is an advantage.
Preferred
- Currently based in Qatar.
- Previous experience in outbound leisure travel and holiday packages.
