Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Consultant – Arabic Speaking role based in Dubai.

The Travel Consultant will assist clients with end-to-end travel planning, including suggesting destinations, designing itineraries, and providing expert advice tailored to client preferences and budgets.

Responsibilities include handling flight, hotel, and transport reservations, issuing tickets and vouchers, and managing changes, cancellations, and special requests.

The role involves delivering prompt, professional customer service in Arabic and English, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in person.

The Travel Consultant will also maintain accurate client records, stay updated on travel regulations and visa requirements, and support sales initiatives by recommending additional services and upgrades.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in travel consulting, including understanding client needs and recommending suitable travel options.
  • Experience in travel management and coordinating complex itineraries and end-to-end travel solutions.
  • Proficiency in arranging travel components such as flights, accommodations, transfers, and tours.
  • Proven customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and ability to handle inquiries and issues professionally.
  • Hands-on experience with reservations systems or GDS platforms and managing bookings accurately.
  • Fluency in Arabic and good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with travel regulations, visas, and documentation; prior experience in the travel or tourism industry is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in basic office and communication tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, CRM systems).
  • Diploma or degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred.
