Travel Consultant

We are looking for an **experienced Travel consultant** to manage daily travel appointments, handle client bookings and coordinate with suppliers.

The ideal candidate should have **strong UAE market knowledge** and **hands-on experience working in a travel agency or similar.**

1. **Advise clients on travel destinations, packages, and visa requirements**

2. **Plan and book flights, hotels, tours, and travel insurance**

3. **Prepare customized itineraries based on client needs and budget**

4. **Assist with visa applications and travel documentation**

5. **Promote travel services and upsell additional products**

6. **Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators**

7. **Handle changes, cancellations, and customer support issues**

8. **Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel regulations**

· Minimum 1-2 **year of experience** in **travel agency, hospitality, hotels etc** ( **mandatory**)

· Prior experience in a **travel agency, hospitality, hotel, airline, or tourism-related organization** is required

· Strong knowledge of **UAE travel market**

· Fluency in **English** ( Spoken and Written)- mandatory

· Excellent customer service and communication skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

· Problem-solving and decision-making skills

· Currently based in UAE

· Immediate or short notice availability

· Familiar with UAE airlines, suppliers, and travel trends
