Monitor the movement of vehicles and drivers during weekend trips.

Assign vehicles according to the nature of the task.

Communicate with service beneficiaries and concerned parties.

Enter daily task data into the systems used.

Prepare daily trip schedules based on assigned tasks and follow up on their execution.

Prepare weekend trip schedules for students, select drivers and vehicles used for the trips, and monitor implementation.

Receive and follow up transportation requests, with or without drivers, through electronic systems.

Monitor vehicle and driver movements through vehicle tracking systems.

Prepare reports related to transportation services.

Follow up and organize the movement of vehicles and drivers inside and outside Al Ain City.

Work in shifts to follow up transportation tasks according to work requirements.

Perform any other related duties as assigned according to the nature of the work.
