Sales Manager – Transportation
to drive business growth and expand our transportation service offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in the air freight sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to enhance RSA Global’s Transport offerings.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.
Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of transportation, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Network: Existing relationships with airlines and freight forwarders in the region is a plus.
Qualification & Experience
- **Qualification:**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience:**
- Minimum 5-8 years in sales (preferably transport) within the logistics industry in Dubai, UAE.
