Sales Manager - Transportation

RSA Global, a leading logistics and supply chain solutions provider, is looking for an experienced

Sales Manager – Transportation

to drive business growth and expand our transportation service offering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing accounts in the air freight sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities to enhance RSA Global’s Transport offerings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive lead generation and business development.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to senior management.

Job Specific Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of transportation, pricing structures, and carrier relationships.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Network: Existing relationships with airlines and freight forwarders in the region is a plus.

Qualification & Experience

  • **Qualification:**
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • **Experience:**
  • Minimum 5-8 years in sales (preferably transport) within the logistics industry in Dubai, UAE.
  • **Driving License**
