Job Objective

• The Transportation Officer is responsible for the safe, efficient, and timely transportation of personnel, materials, or goods.
• The role requires strict adherence to traffic laws, company policies, and safety standards, while maintaining professionalism and reliability at all times.
• Safely operate company vehicles to transport staff, clients, or materials to designated locations
• Plan routes and ensure timely arrival while considering traffic and weather conditions
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections (fuel, oil, brakes, tires, lights, etc.) and report any issues
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle
• Ensure all required documents (license, registration, insurance) are valid and available
• Follow all local traffic laws and company driving policies
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required
• Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and fuel consumption reports
• Provide professional and courteous service to passengers and stakeholders
• Report accidents, incidents, or delays promptly to the supervisor
• Support administrative or messenger duties when required

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driving license (appropriate for vehicle type)
• Minimum [2–5] years of professional driving experience
• Good knowledge of local roads, routes, and traffic regulations
• Ability to read maps and use GPS/navigation systems
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Physically fit and able to handle long driving hours if required
