About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily transportation schedules and delivery operations
• Monitor shipment timelines and ensure on-time deliveries
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and logistics teams
• Track vehicles, routes, and transportation activities
• Prepare transportation and delivery documentation
• Resolve delivery delays and operational issues efficiently
• Maintain accurate shipment and logistics records
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and service schedules
• Monitor transportation costs and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations
• Support route planning and load scheduling
• Assist with inventory and supply chain coordination
• Provide regular updates to customers and management
• Handle logistics-related inquiries and service requests
• Improve transportation efficiency and workflow processes
