Role overview

Qualifications

• Advanced degree with no prior experience, or bachelor’s degree plus two years of experience in logistics, distribution, or operations analytics.
• Preferred fields of study include logistics, business analytics, management information systems, or a related business field.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced Excel.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and knowledge of logistics operations and transportation network optimization.
• Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools; ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
• Strong project management, communication, prioritization, and attention to detail.
• Pharmaceutical or cold chain logistics experience is preferred.
• Ability to develop and present business cases and follow standard operating procedures and quality protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develop data, visualizations, and automated processes for transportation analysis.
• Build reporting tools, analyze trends, and generate insights to improve transportation network performance and cost efficiency.
• Support contract negotiations and collaborate across divisions on transportation initiatives.
