Requirements
- Advanced degree with no prior experience required, or bachelor's degree plus two years of logistics, distribution, or operations analytics experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced Excel.
- Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS); knowledge of logistics operations and transportation network optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex data, manage initiatives, communicate with business partners, and develop and present process-improvement business cases.
- Pharmaceutical or cold chain logistics experience is preferred.
- Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools; detail orientation, prioritization, quality-protocol adherence, and schedule flexibility are required.
